Hi 5 Asian street food Turkey Road, Tramore, County Waterford X91 VH42

"Very poor experience here tonight, ordered food at 1800 via the justeat app, was told it would take 20 mins, arrived to collect food at 1820 after getting a notification that my food was ready for collection, lovely girl behind counter took my details and said it will be a few more minutes, long story short, an hour later of standing watching other people order and get their food before me !! I enquired if my order was missing /lost and was told that it would be another 15 mins at least,!!! so had to cancel my order and leave without any food at 1925 as I couldn't wait any longer. Very poor experience best avoid this place if its anyway busy...."

I was with my wife today and when placing the order, we wanted a thin pasta for which we got cheap spaghetti pasta overcooked, when we filed a complaint, the staff told us that only one type pasta have! what a lie! one type pasta for whole restaurant? how can you lie to a client like that! one kind of pasta and overcooked! when ordering, we said we wanted thin rice noodles or other but thin noodles. We asked how to solve this situation now? We were immediately informed that we will not receive a refund because the dish has already been prepared! it follows that the client has nothing to say. You buy - you risk! it is absurd, it even failed to eat! I have a message for the owner .... I know you are reading this THIS is Ireland! here people lives, not pigs! This is not about the 15 € what i lost but about disrespect, how can you serve something like this and expect me to eat it! I left this food on the counter and walked out of there. I'm not eating cheap spaghetti, that's not what I ordered. fraud! I do not recommend this place to anyone and I can see after the comments that I am not alone, they fraud more people on cheap pasta, please read more comments."

"First went into the restaurant. We sat down expecting someone to come with a menu but no this did not happen. I had to go to the counter myself and ask to have a menu. Then we had to get our own forks and knives. We had to get our own glasses for drinks. We were given a busier when food was ready we had to go get it ourselves it was not even put down in front of us. I had chicken ball and the pastry was not even cooked through I had to remove it. The sweat and sour chicken was stringy. Over all it was not a good experience. I will not be going back here again."
