"I booked my Mum and 2 Aunties in here for 3 nights stay and they couldn't be happier. They appreciated the strong hot tea brought to their room after a long journey to get there. The room was superb, spacious and spotless with an uninterrupted ocean view. Breakfast each morning was varied and tasty. We had an evening meal there too and ate every morsel. Excellent chef. Thank you Coast Lodge. They can't wait to return next summer."
"We stayed overnight, the view is great, yet we were disappointed with the quality of the room, furniture and breakfast. Cables are visible on the wall and the room isn’t well finished. The shower and the sink show traces of mold and the faucets are terrible, not acceptable when paying over 100€ a night. Breakfast was OK but not 1st choice products, particularly the bread. Would recommend after renovation only."
"Stayed here for a night and ate dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. My wife and I both had the fish and chips for dinner and thought it was great. It was a large, thick, juicy piece of fish that had a great batter, and the chips were great too. Dessert was tasty as well. I had a full Irish breakfast in the morning and it was great too. We stayed in room 5, and it was very large and spacious and had power outlets in good locations. There was a couch in the room to lounge on and watch TV. The window has a view of the ocean. Large bathroom. Check-in and check out were both very quick and easy. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Great visit. We wished we had stayed there longer!"
