"Had a late lunch with my daughter at Sullivans Royal Hotel and you could not fault it. The food was excellent and all the staff was so pleasant and helpful. I would like to compliment all of the staff. We were treated with warmth, friendliness and courtesy from the moment we entered the premises. The food was delicious, served with a smile. We could see how well the staff worked together in a most efficient way. Even though it was busy there was no stress within the staff. Everything was done in a very calm efficient way. This type of service has now become the exception everywhere. Also the prices are noticeably cheaper than anywhere else – some up to 50% savings on other establishments. All in all a lovely experience. We could not recommend Sullivans enough. They are a model for how for service should be provided."
"We recently visited Sullivan’s as part of a large group booking. The staff went above and beyond to provide an excellent service which ensured that we all had a very pleasant and relaxed time. The menu on offer was of high quality with something to suit all tastes. The portions were more than generous - the beef was very tender and tasty. "Margaret served me and my family for breakfast this morning food was very fresh and served promptly she kept coming to us and asking did we need anything else which I found very kind of her we always had a pot of fresh tea with her as our server and I really enjoyed my experience as did the rest of us"
"Outstanding this family run business is the heart beat of Gort. Highly recommend I stayed here and had breakfast/lunch/dinner meals all were very good and the staff are very friendly, great customer service. I had a pleasant stay there is a little bit of noise from the road but this (did not stop me sleeping) and no indoor noise as pub closes so this is a plus. I would stay again and highly recommend."
