"Third visit last weekend and it will be the last. It's getting worse, if that's possible. I ordered a large burger meal to take away.....the burger was cold, there were THIRTEEN chips in the bag and twelve sachets of salt!! It cost €10.20 !! The staff members look utterly miserable, the owners are quite obviously horrible to work for. If any staff member is reading this.......leave! Get a job in your local pub or supermarket. Working in this place will harm your mental health."

"Absolutely the WORST Burger King I have ever had the misfortune to walk into. There should be an option for unable to rate. Starting with the menu, option to eat in selected, however everything was dumped in a bag and not served on tray. Only soft drinks available were sprite and coke. After a near 20 min wait food was shoved in a bag and brought out from the assembly area. Sat down and there was food missing from order, told staff what we were missing and got it within a few minutes and oh my god it was the worst effort of a replacement royale ever seen. It was just slopped together the mayo was dripping off it. Had to reorder if again and the 2nd attempt was much better. Anyway for the rest of the food, the chips were OK considering, onion rings cold and overcooked, xl burger was like it was reheated and thrown on a bun only by the time it got to me it was like rubber. And don't get me started on the cold, the staff were so cold, they resorted to wearing personal coats behind the counter and I couldn't blame them as it was freezing in there. Will never darken their door again and wouldn't advise anyone else to either."

"Not such fast food!!Bank hol monday at 4pm and told at the drive trust 30 min wait....no explanation no queue.....next services 42km away. Ridiculous. Burger king you need to do better"

"Went there yesterday on my way to Dublin, ordered Chip, Chili Bites and a Fanta - 20 minutes later I still did not have my order. People who had arrived after me, but seemed known to staff got served before me. Finally after 20 minutes, I requested a refund as I could no longer wait. The staff member I dealt was rude, and made it known that he did not want to provided me my refund, and 'could I not just wait longer', I explained that I had an appointment I had to get to and that I picked a small but simple order as I was under time constraints. I finally did get my refund, but in those few minutes my order was still not prepared. By the time I left the establishment there was a massive queue. The excuse given was there was not enough staff members, however, during the period I was there, 3 Burger King staff members were standing around chatting to one another. Will definitely not be returning to this establishment."
