"The food is fresh and not bad value, but be prepared to wait. Even after phoning in your order you might have to wait awhile. Can be frustrating waiting for basic food. Brings a new meaning to fast food. To finish on the positive side, he has a great choice and the chips are proper chips not frozen ."
"Ninos is always clean and food is excellent. Lovely chips, pizza and veggie burger. Their battered sausages are huge and fish lovely. Only fault I have is no opening hrs displayed either in shop or window. You can call ahead and order in advance before collecting food."
"Food is standard for a chipper..... customer service does not exist...stopped eating there for three years cause of poor service in past.... We decided to give it another chance and made phone order. Gave me an extra meal and charged me for it ...when I got home my wife realised the error and rang, to tell them. She was told "how do we know who's right, what do you want me to do about it".....when i tried to ring and explain that i heard the order so i know what was ordered....i was told "i dont want to hear it!" ..amazing really....not surprised though.... i should have known better...."
