Reviews
"Great food, spacious and comfortable, friendly staff and atmosphere. Downside...frontage does not look inviting, poor street view advertising for passing trade which is a shame. You've got a bike river trail across the road... Capitalise on it. We only found you by desperation but were not disappointed. Connect with the street, people love quality."
"Stopped for Sunday lunch. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. The food was good generally, but two had roast lamb from the daily specials and both people found it 'very tough'. The remainder of party had other dishes and everything was good and tasty."
"There is a varied food menu, very good specials. Overall tasty food and we enjoyed it. Staff are wonderful. Their biggest downfall is the lack of heat. Twice we went in and both times it was cold. The door to the toilets is constantly opening and gusts of wind was coming in. We mived tables but our jackets stayed on! They have an electric fire but the heat isnt enough to heat the premises. Shame."
"Wonderful staff, really nice food, regulars are lovely. The room was really cozy. Only complaint is the low water pressure for the shower and taps in the room."
