"We only had two nights in Galway. We completely enjoyed our time at the Park House Hotel. The room was wonderful—excellent climate control, superb bath, plenty of room and a very comfortable bed. The front desk was staffed with friendly and helpful folks who could not be more professional. We enjoyed two breakfasts and one dinner and the food quality was excellent. When I come back to Galway, this is where I will stay. Well Done and thank you!"

"Had lunch in their restaurant. Booked and requested a quiet table for two as we were discussing business. Was told no problem. Turned up, no record of request. Put at a table for 4 in a busy area. Of course, we were told nobody would be joining us. We said we didn't like the table. The waitress looked as if I turned down finding out the third secret of Fatima. Were directed to an adjoining "dining area": soulless. The waiter had his back to us busy folding napkins. Had to go over to him. The food was very, very mediocre. Nothing special. Just run-of-the-mill. It was approaching 3 o'clock and we decided to order dessert. The waiter looked at his watch as if it was getting a bit late. The maitre d' approached and asked if everything was alright. We replied in the affirmative. My time was too precious. Average food, average service masking as something it isn't."

"We are just back from a short break in this hotel and I would highly recommend it. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food is superb, a great choice of food on all menus, taste and presentation is excellent. The rooms are spacious, cosy and beds are very comfortable. The welcoming tea/coffee and pastry is a lovely touch to start your stay. We will definitely be returning to this gem of a hotel."

From our questions and necessities at the front desk, to the great service at the bar in the back. The gentlemen helping us in the bar were knowledgeable in both their craft and the surrounding areas. They even helped us plan for another trip with their local recommendations and insight. We arrived by Train this time and the hotel is just a block away located just off Eyre Square The hotel decor is magnificent All the staff are to be highly commended as they were all so friendly and polite and couldn't do enough for us. Food and service was excellent Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when visiting Galway."
