"The owners were friendly and full of useful information. The rooms were clean and tidy but just a little tired. It's very handy for the beach at Salthill and there are frequent buses into town."
"We really appreciate the kindness of Gerry, the owner, and his wife. The hotel is confortable and cozy, next to the bus stop and near the sea."
"The room was good, big, nice, comfortable, clean and with bathroom inside. The man and woman who run the hotel are friendly and attentive. Value for money too expensive. The hotel is old and in need of renovation, on the outside it can be a bit strange and on the inside the problem is that you can hear everything. The location is a bit far from the centre on foot, but well connected by transport and close to the beach."
"Very disappointed with the one night stay I had. Everything was stained - bed sheets, towels, pillows, curtain and the shower curtain. Owners were nice and polite, but due to the state of the room no sleep was had. There was a very damp/ musty smell, that added to the lack of comfort and sleep. It is a good location but for the amount I paid I was not satisfied."
"Spent a fantastic day and night here. The room was perfect, incredibly neat and clean upon arrival, not to mention its beautiful aesthetic. The staff proved time and time again to be experts at what they do. They were incredibly helpful, polite and friendly, always happy to answer any questions we had. Food of course was fantastic and once again the service was fantastic. I don't think I can name anywhere that I would rather stay again. They can be assured that I'll book with them again."
