"The Hostel is Big. And offer all the services travellers need. My first impression was not good at all, but then I realized it was not the Hostel, it is People! What is happening in some hostels that people make such a mess, and is dirty and un respectable? I wish people reconsider theirs manner. Hostel starts inline very important values like cooperation, responsibility, empathy, "sharing is caring " ... not only between guests but also with the hostel and its staff. even that makes a better price for guests! and more important better vibes for everybody."

"The rooms where horrible. The mold was everywhere you looked. One of our walls was completly soaked with water. The Shower door couldn't be closed, so the whole bathroom was completly flooded after one quick shower. Same goes for the window. Breakfast was served, but it was limited to bread with honey and jam. Atleast the coffee was okay. Rooms are way too small for 6 people and the air inside is horrible due to the windows not opening correctly. I do NOT recommend."

"Close to the city center, Sleepzone is a really good place if you want to meet people from all over the world and spend a good evening in Galway. Staff is really kind and takes time to give you good tips if you want to visit Galway or enjoy irish pubs. However, facilities can be upgraded."

"this was a really great hostel; i would highly recommend it to anyone staying in galway! the rooms were fairly spacious and clean with a private bathroom attached. there was a nicely stocked kitchen with many dishes available and free breakfast in the morning. the lounge area had a free book exchange, many movies to borrow, and an assortment of board games. the building itself is within walking distance of a decent grocery store, as well as the touristy shopping street and the docks. the staff are friendly and accommodating. overall, it had a lovely atmosphere. a nice, affordable place to stay in galway!"

"It’s a super nice hostel with lovely international young service team, you can use the kitchen anytime which is fully equipped, free coffee and tea all day. You can leave your baggage in the storage room until you check in. They even served pancake for breakfast on pancake day(21 feb.)! Very flexible service, thank you for everything! P.s: the french team member guy was cute! ;)"
