"We stayed here recently and were very disappointed with the overall experience. The house we were allocated was taken by another customer on our arrival and no member of staff or management were willing to come to the location to resolve the situation. In addition to this the house we stayed in was not properly cleaned, there was heavy dust deposits, wrappers, tissues and dirty socks under and around the beds in various rooms and some window sills were covered in dust and dead insects. I contacted the manager and sent him photographs on the WhatsApp group he had set up for any problems we might have during or stay and I may as well not have bothered as to this day he has not responded. I contacted the head office about the whole experience and without going into too much detail can only say that I was even more shocked at the lack of customer service. I would not recommend a stay in this location and will unlikely stay at an Trident Holiday Homes property again."

"Nice location I have stayed here before and the house was lovely but I am very disappointed this time round the house wasn't cleaned properly, the lawn wasn't cut,bulbs missing in the lights ,bins full outside,fridge & dishwasher dirty, cold tap not working in the bathroom. Windows all cobwebs & dirty, weeds & Rubbish out in the garden not the kind of holiday I want for the amount I paid to stay two weeks all in all very disappointing....."
