"Nice hotel. Staying here with a tour group. Very little interaction with front desk. The dinner was good and we had a nice young man from France as our waiter. Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. Wifi service is good. Nice bar area with cold beer and delicious drinks. Great location to pubs and shopping."
"Had several rooms for our wedding. Comfortable rooms, nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was alright, some products didn’t seem that fresh though. Spa could use some space to lay down to rest, but all in all a nice place to stay in Killarney."
"Although the rooms and location were really good I could not stay here again due to the shortage of parking in the car park. While the public car park is very close by it is not well lit up in the dark ( from 5.30 in the winter) and when the shutter to the car park is down you must walk up a kind of lane in the dark to gain access to the hotel. I did not feel safe with this set up. I stayed 3 nights and was only successful on one night in gaining access to the hotel car park."
"Stayed for two nights, rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. On check-in our room keys did not work which required us to head back to reception for replacements which took 10 mins as we kept on getting lost, we had dinner in the main bar, The meal was fantastic but the service was extremely slow, the staff apologized but this happened on both nights. Breakfast both mornings was super, great selection and very tasty and the staff was very attentive."
