"Very friendly waiting staff. Front reception staff were efficient, but could be a bit friendlier. The hotel seems to have a couple of names, Gleneagle or 67 ? The conference area could be cleaner, some seats showing lots of wear and a stale smell in the area, but a great facility non-the-less. The bedroom was spacious and good. Cleaning could be improved, the bed locker had strains on it that would clean with a wipe of a cloth, dust in corners. Pillows are advertised, offered for sale, but we didn't find them comfortable. The restaurant food was good, once again Irish prices need to be kept in check & the bar also. The pool was good, changing rooms only okay. The location is good and Killarney is a great tourist destination."
"The hotel is definitely not a 4-star, the rooms are not the latest but you can have a nice time. The staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast very good and tasty. The pool is large and what is important, a special pool for the youngest children. The only drawback is that the changing rooms do not seem to be heated at all and the inflatable water slide is located in the part where the water is deep and accessible to larger children."
"This was a truly a great place to stay, its not far from town centre. The rooms were spotless, amd very comfortable. We had breakfast and evening meal, breakfast was so nice i had full English but there is plenty of other choices fruit, cereals, jams and pan cakes. In the evening you could have a 3 course meal, i have to say everything i had tasted so good. The staff there were friendly and helpful, they were all nice. I can definitely say i will be re visiting this place again."
"Love the hotel. There for the darts festival. Only disappointment was having to wait nearly 6 hours for our Family room to be ready. We were told that cleaning staff were asked to prioritise the room earlier but it never happened. Waiting around with 3 young kids. Other than that, loved the weekend. Fantastic Hotel."
