"Stayed two nights, lovely hotel and great location. We were greeted by friendly staff members at reception (America I think?). Promptly received our room keys. The room was very clean and bright. Only thing was that we had three in a room but only two towels in the bathroom and the hairdryer wasn’t working. Other than that couldn’t fault the room. Had breakfast both mornings in the hotel, again lovely staff there too. Would definitely recommend the breakfast, which we booked at reception. Had dinner the first evening in the Danny Mann located right next door to the hotel. Great food and service. Again, our server from New Zealand was so friendly despite us thinking he might be from Oz. Parking is limited but there was a car park at the back of the hotel about a 5 minute walk which was easily accessible."

"Friendly staff, our room was right beside the kitchen so could hear fans on the fridges all night, could sleep through it but was irritating. Never a spot in car park so will have to park 5 minutes walk, not an issue but not what was advertised. Cleaners kept coming into the room early even after been told they will only enter if tag is on the door. Room was comfortable best thing I could say about the place was the staff at reception were polite and very informative"

"We stayed two nights and found the accommodations comfortable. The hotel itself is a bit dated and the rooms could use a refreshment but it was nothing out of the ordinary. The restaurant had lively entertainment and great bar service. Portions were huge and the lamb stew exceeded all expectations. The location is great and the area has a lot of restaurants and shops nearby, though it is a tourist-heavy area and can get boisterous on the weekends."

"Lovely hotel, and affordable! Room was comfortable, clean. Very happy overall, and the bath had a jacuzzi feature, and iron was included in the room already too. Would need to request a room that is more wheelchair accessible if needed, or a shorted distance from an elevator as it was a bit of a walk! Didn't get breakfast, bit bar food was good."
