"We just returned from a 4 city Ireland vacation and this was by far my favorite place we stayed. The location can’t be beat. The rooms were gorgeous, it had AC, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was huge. Staff were amazing. Matt in the bar moved this from great to phenomenal. He was so friendly and personable! Highly recommended."

"Hotel and staff were really lovely and helpful, food was also lovely. Just a couple of things, we noticed when Americans were checking in they were offered a whiskey taster, which we were not, now given that we are all paying a significant sum for the rooms I should think all guests should have been treated the same. We stayed two nights and on day two, the room clean left alot to be desired, all they did was refill the water and put in fresh towels, no beds were dressed or bins emptied or toiletries replenished which was rather disappointing. John and Mike in the bar were excellent at their Job in fairness."

"We checked in on Dec 27th and Veronica at the Reception was exceptional! She was very friendly and even upgraded us to Deluxe Room. We just got married and this was our mini honeymoon trip and we’re delighted we chose this hotel! It’s very small but cosy and all staff are very friendly! Joanna at the lounge and restaurant was so accommodating trying to get us a table for a drink. Rooms are very clean and beautiful! The only missing feature to me was a fridge but that was not a big problem. There’s no parking outside but it’s just opposite or for free at the hotel across the road. And location is just perfect - in the heart of the town! Breakfast buffet was very basic but everything was very fresh and delicious and you could order hot meal from the menu. Wonderful hotel, we hope we’ll be back!"

"The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the train station and 3 minute walk to the main street and shopping. It is east to access anything in town by walking from it. The room (King Suite) was big and clean and you were greeted with a handwritten postcard. Bathroom was big, beds were comfortable and the TV had netflix which we greatly appreciated. Staff was friendly and the price was fair! Our only note was the window had 0 view since we were looking at a concrete wall and we heard pigeons from it but certainly wasn’t a big issue since it still earned 5-stars. The provided water was the best tasting we had throughout our trip and the chocolates were such a nice surprise! Definitely recommend."

"Great central location, our room was lovely. Bar was nice for a drink. We didn’t eat there. Check in a little slow however welcome drink was a nice addition. Pool facilities at the sister hotel were good, nice & clean."
