"Sheila the owner is pretty awesome and a very helpful lady. Our accommodation was really comfortable but we struggled with the wi-fi connection and the breakfast was a bit of a let down and could use some more variety options. Won't recommend the horse & carriage ride offered on the property, was told it would be about an hour but it lasted only 40 minutes besides you are better off contracting one within the Killarney National Park vs. anywhere outside."

"Great room at Shepherds Lodge. The room was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed and there was the option for a full breakfast if required. Could be walking distance to town center. We didn't walk it but it could be! Just there for one night and didn't eat at the lodge, so cannot comment on that."

"Really enjoyed the stay in Shepherd's Lodge B&B room very spacious and comfortable. excellent cleanliness, Breakfast was divine with such a huge choice. Very friendly welcoming atmosphere, beautiful lounge to relax in with tea coffee facilities. Great value for money. two minute walk from Glen Eagle. Would recommend this B&B to anyone thinking of going to Killarney."
