Copper Kettle B&B College Street, Killarney, County Kerry

"Great location but not great facilities. Very small and noisy."

"Room itself was fine. House was noisy and creaky: could hear other guests walking in their rooms and jangling keys. The Copper Kettle is owned by the Fairview Hotel. The B&B has no staff there and the hotel staff I interacted with was awful. I booked the B&B for two nights but when I went to the hotel to check in the attendant told me they would need to have me stay at a different B&B which ended up being about an 8 minute walk away and further from Killarney center. I was told to come the next day to switch to my correct room but when I did was told I could not check into my actual room until 3. The desk attendant never apologized, they did give me a complimentary breakfast, but the attendant was patronizing instead of apologetic. Would definitely not recommend the hotel or B&B."

"Paid extra for a room with a "jetted tub" but the jets did not work. Breakfast was ok, but waitress was really rude. It was a cute room but even when wanting to mention how the tub didn't work there was never anyone at the front desk to speak with."

"We stayed in the master and this was the comfiest stay of our trip. Bed was comfy and big. Tub had jets in it and it was just perfect. In fact, we decided to stay in the night we were there since we wanted to spend more time in the room (which never happens tbh)"

"It's grand. No windows, so there is a sun roof for both bedroom and bathroom that you can open if you're lucky with the weather, just don't forget to close it before you leave! Room and toilet is clean and shower is amazing! Space is tight you can even hear guests next door, also the floor is squeky but no biggie. We checked in through Fairview hotel, offered us +40 euros upgrade to stay in the hotel but we declined. Receptionists are okay, straight up transactional mood. Dog friendly place, you just need additional 20euros per night if you have a dog. 3 euros all day public parking in front of the accommodation, and free overnight parking. Good location as it sits in Killarney center. Sorry for the photos, i can't get good angle since the room is tight. But overall we had an okay stay!"
