"You will get charge a lot when you move out and nonsense charge such as cleaning even you clean it properly they just wanna cut their cost of cleaning and charge you. you have limit time line to pay deposits and everything but when you request them to return your deposit they have 2 months to hold it and they took at least 1 month until they process their internal account. When I move in the place is not clean, a bunch of garbage bag that full of dirty stuff but still want to charge me for cleaning after I move out. Staff not really care and not helpful. I would not recommend this agent."
