"As a guest house, it is precisely that warm and welcoming run by a husband and wife team that makes you feel part of the family - Very reasonably priced in this day and age. Breakfast is well worth it as you will not need a midday meal. Comfortable, quiet and clean. It will be my go to place when in Aberdeen."
"We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights, and parking but found we had to park on the street on single yellow lines. We found both the rooms very stuffy and needed to have the windows open all the time. One had a missing kettle. The showers were just warm with little water pressure. We all had such a bad night we decided to leave after one night but we're charged for the whole stay. The accommodation was very dated and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it!"
