"Overnight stay. You know what to expect with Premier Inn, consistency, and this visit was up to their normal standards. Would have been 5 stars, but Table Table free WiFi was impossible to connect to."
"Cold. The thermostat controls a tiny electric heater screwed to the wall in the corner that can't heat the room. Kind of run down and tatty. Lady on reception was very nice though."
"I have never liked carpets, apart from that, all good. The shower would need a bit more water pressure. Bed very comfortable and all clean. Good place to overnight"
"Booked a standard double room only to find upon arrival we'd been assigned an accessible twin room (Room 24) with what can only be described as two sofa beds pushed together. Floor creaked & groaned every time we moved around, as did the floor of the family room above, which we found out at 2am, when the occupants decided to start wandering around for an hour. Light bulb above the "bed" didn't work, lights above dressing table differing colours, mattresses dipped & uncomfortable. Bed approx 2 feet off the ground. Pillows stained. Receptionist friendly but completely ineffectual & just said nothing can be done because they were fully booked. Very disappointed. Don't often stay away from home for leisure reasons & really hoped for more. I do stay away in Premier Inns with work quite a lot & this has to be the worst I have stayed in."
"Nice quiet location, but really only accessible by car. Handy retail park across the road for shopping. Rooms a bit jaded, but everything works and room for the 4 of us. Table-Table restaurant not a patch on Brewers Fayre for food- even tho it's much the same menu. Breakfast was a disappointment with a buffet-style fry up (rubber eggs) rather than table service, but staff were polite and helpful at both breakfast and dinner."
