"Had an overnight here the service was amazing the staff couldn't have been nicer the rooms were nice and clean also had some food whick was really nice, matthew on reception couldn't have been more helpful from helping with phoning taxies and recommended places for us to go would definitely recommend this place if your in Aberdeen"
"Stayed one night here and had a pleasant stay. Double room on top floor very comfortable and cosy. Coffee tea and milk provided with some biscuits a welcome addition.Parking is limited but free. Unfortunately don’t allow dogs, so I won’t be a regular visitor."
"I spent the evening with my wife for a birthday party on the second floor and the service was quite disorganised, especially while serving dinner. The food was annoyingly small in portion and obviously less than what was ordered as everyone in the party had paid for their dinner. The food was cold as if it was prepared hours before the event. There were not enough cutleries for all guests and I had to get out of the room, ask for more and bring them in myself to distribute among the guests! There was not even a jar of water around. Very disappointing!"
