"Services not provided at all. Heaters don't work, waterflow in shower too is too slow. And not all rooms have shower n washrooms, Shared bathrooms n toilets. Overall not a pleasant stay."
"Stayed here twice whilst on business , Rooms was mediocre, breakfast was not worth hanging about for , for me it was just like you was staying at somebody's house for a few days , it was clean tho anybody that says it wasn't clean is not telling the truth as it was exceptionally clean and tidy and the staff was very polite , I'm probably use to staying at hotels too much on average I stay at 10+ hotels a month on business and the majority Are not as well presented as this place just too bad the breakfast and the room are not as good as the service by the staff I met ,"
"Really not good ,no heating,very cold. Dirty towels, broken toilet door,other peoples clothes on the floor,dirty wet wipes left on ,,, its really worth spending the extra 10 15 quid to go somewhere clean and warm. Disasapointing."
