"It a very nice apartment with a conducive environment, free WiFi, well equipped kitchen."
"Does not offer 24/7 service in the event of an emergency. For a potential fire the emergency number was not functional. The fire services came but did not know how to silence the alarm. The alarm kept going off for hours into the night for the entire Block. There isn't a daily maid service as per website. The apartments are serviced once a week. The first day I moved in, the heater was not working and the apartment was very cold. Tried the on call maintenance number which did not work. Had to rent a hotel room. The next day they said the repair person was not available."
"Great place for a long term stay. My apartment was nice and clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The surrounding area is nice and residential, so it is quieter though a bit further away from the city centre, yet still within walking distance or a short drive. The staff at the reception was great, especially Isabella who was just fantastic, really nice and helpful. I took a star off from service just because they missed the scheduled cleaning, but personally it was not a big deal. They will help you reschedule if you pop by reception. Overall, a great stay."
"Stayed here while in Aberdeen for a week, fair price for a self-catering apartment. Nice rooms comfy beds, decent kitchen and living room. Two grocery shops nearby to get what you need for food and two great takeaways nearby if you can't be bothered to cook. Area is quite quiet, as it's mostly residential. Getting to the center of the city is no problem with the bus, if you have a car there is plenty parking at the rear. Highly recommended for 1 week+ stays if you would rather make your own meals and have a sitting room to chill in."
"The apartments are quite spacious and roomy and the location does have good accessibility in terms of public transport and supermarkets being available nearby. The flats are cleaned weekly and the wifi service is also very good. That being said, the lack of an elevator service in a service apartment is quite a let down"
