"The place is dump. The rooms are dark, gloomy, and dirty. The staff are weird, no-one was smartly dressed, just looked like random people walking about behind the desk. Just don't bother. It's definitely not a 4-star hotel. There are plenty other nice hotels around."
"Wierd experience. The check-in with the different people getting involved was wierd. Janitor entering my room after check-in. Bad smelling room with a toilet that almost did not flush and a shower that worked poorly. Aircon did not work and I was not able to open windows. Also no internet in the morning.. Should not be rated as a 4-star hotel. Good location and a polite girl in the reception only positive."
"The staff were very helpful, directed us to a ramp entrance for the pushchair and provided a cot when we arrived and found there was not one already in our room. Breakfast was very tasty. Only complaint which is actually nothing the hotel can do and should probably be expected was there was a lot of disruption in the middle of the night, again I do not blame the hotel for this as it is probably to be expected from a central hotel on a Saturday night but would make me reconsider staying here with my daughter again"
"Had our wedding at the Rox hotel 3rd March. The staff was absolutely amazing. They went out there way to help my wife which was staying for 2 nights. They set up the dinning area which was perfect. The food was freshly cooked and all our guests loved there meal. The hotel itself has lovely decor. Prices are fair. Rooms were of a high standard. I would recommend this hotel 100% to any one. Great setting brilliant staff good food"
