"Very good service. Having been using them for more than 10 years. No complains. If you want to buy your own parts before you book your car for service they will allow you to do so. You can buy the service parts when there is promotion and keep them till you take your car for the annual service. I have referred my friends as well and none have come back with complains."

"I see there are two other reviews stating a similar thing to I am - last week I had just come past the traffic lights at the end of The Avenue (towards Southampton Centre) when one of the guys in the branded van pulled straight out on me - I moved across into the other lane, proceeded to go past, to then see him undertake me. He then slowed down as the next set of lights were red, I continued past and as soon as the lights went green, undertook me once more and threw some form of drink or liquid at my vehcile (Luckily only a company car, would have chased if it was my personal car - and would have had no issues keeping up) but this is besides the point. There was no reason for this and judging by the driving of the company vehicles, is this how they behave with customer cars? I do not doubt their level of work (I would hope they do the job well being trained!) but I simply would not use the garage based on the staff behaviour - I have already told several people to never take their cars there due to this. Your staff are costing you business and reputation. Sort it out - one day they will do it to the wrong car, or wrong person, more than likely costing them something."
