"Puncture Repair: A puncture repair carried out on an Audi A4 2018 at 8.50am on 26/11/2022. It was a friendly and professional service also the repair was priced at £25 which is very competitive. Personally I would recommend HiQ Tyre and Autocare of Hedge End. On 30/11/2022 my warning light re-appeared stating loss of tyre to the rear passenger side tyre so again so I had returned to HiQ Tyres to have the issue looked at once again. Once I made the staff member aware of the situation they took my car keys and the car was waiting to looked at. I was made aware that the puncture had been repaired but there was the tiniest amount of air escaping from the repair done and now it has been fully rectified and there should be no reoccurring. I commend how quickly it was looking at. Just a bit of inconvenience to go and have something looked at a second time. Generally happy with the resolution. Although I did find there was greasy marks on my entertainment system when the technician must have entered my vehicle to re-confirm the right tyre readings. Secondly I found the cover protecting the spare tyre was not put back down and futhermore the clips not put back in place on either side. These might be minor issues but still something management should made aware of"

"I desperately was in a rush to change over a tyre pressure sensor gage between two wheels, they stated they were very busy, however if i called back later they would try to fit us in, it was right at the end of the day and the said they would do it for us, they were very polite and professional, they had previously said it would cost £15 however when i went to pay they said it would be complimentary! very impressed will be going back!"

"Never come again as they will rip you off!! This is one of the worst companies in the whole of UK. They never tell what time the car will be ready. They never tell you the trues about your car. If you use them then be prepared to have more than £500 to be rip off. Please Avoid and not come to use this gargae. Extortionate price, for jobs that may not actually need doing. Told me by the phone that I needed brake pads and discs replaced as dangerous, as well as other things required like brake fluid etc. Wanted £514, very pushy, but I said no. I wanted to get the work done by my usual garage, this seemed way too expensive. The guy called Dan told me by the phone as I won't get my car back without those work done. What?? What a joke! I then went to the garage to asked him why , then the guy was speechless and embarrassing himself. The reception lady was really rude and unprofessional as well. Never again. Worst ever don't even need to be rated as they are lower than 1 star."
