"Came here following being recovered by the AA, people seemed nice enough but after they had my car for almost three days they told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I knew this wasn’t the case as my car wouldn’t change gear and so I took it to another garage and the master cylinder in my car is gone. Wouldn’t use them again, they did not have a care to give!! They obviously didn’t want to deal with the problem, even though I had called before to make sure it was alright to bring the car to them. I don’t know how they missed that, even after the AA man told him what was wrong!! Unbelievable"

"Last year before XMAS 2022, I purchased a car from this company via Autrotraders app. The car cost me £7000 plus. When it was time to collect the vehicle the Manager Lee cam across as a decent man all friendly and thanking me for buying one of their cars. At the end of our conversation before i asked what else I should know about the car, he told me that the main key had been ordered which today Jan 2023 I still haven’t received. Secondly as i drove off to the nearest service station to fill up, the car wouldn’t start until i yanked the gear stick several times. The car had issues with starting up and brake pads after a diagnostic test was carried out. Lee said that they would help to contribute financially and to this day have not even honoured their agreement with me. For a company that has thousands or millions, they cannot even give me their agreement of £150 contribution. Pathetic customer service compared to the £7000plus i paid for their car. Dishonest managers that sweet talk their way of character and yet cunning to milk customer like me who was innocent buyer."

"Loved my recent experience with my Volvo which failed its mot at the Volvo service center for parking brake and emissions issue. They quoted 302 pounds just for diagnosis while ace fixed the issues, mot included for less than 400 pounds. Clearly a busy place conveniently located in Shirley, appointment was fast and staff was helpful. Communicated quite well on the issues, resolutions and costs. I'd definitely go there if a need arises."
