"I bought an Stealth hid kit(450%brighter) ,55w for my wife's Toyota avensis 2006 with projector headlights,all in good shape ,the projectors are smock free been checked.before this in place was a Led bulbs of 15000 lumen and had brilliant light and they had that fan attached with them and I wasn't able to put the back seal cover on and for this started big condensation in to headlights so I decided to buy this hids but is a bigdissipointment.far less brightness then ex Leds who I paid less"

"Don't recommend buying from this place online. Bought a set of HID bulbs, came in ok timing but all lose inside the box, thankfully the product was not damaged. When fitting them I realized that whey were not a direct fit and required additional holders/adapters which I ordered seperate at a later date. Sadly one of the holders came damaged thus not up to the standard I would wish for. After trying to contact the business, they didn't respond at all to emails."

"Update 2020 - (headlights still going strong over 1 year on.) Bought the Xenon 55w 5500k conversion kit for my car in September (H11 connected bulbs) from an online purchase for my 2008 lexus 220D. Today 1st October 2019, I had them professionally installed. One word, fantastic (Beam me up scotty) My best advice is. Do not fit yourself unless you are competent. My bumper and headlights had to be physlcally removed from the vehicle to install. Thank you HIDS4U Regards"

"The reason for the low star rating is that I placed an order via telephone at 09.22 on a Monday. The gentleman was very helpful and quickly advised me as to which product I needed. My vehicle was off the road at this point so I told the staff member that I was desperate for delivery. I was told that delivery would be next day. This, unfortunately is where the good customer service ended. I received an email saying that payment had been processed at 09.23 and that the item would be dispatched. As I did not receive my order on the Tuesday, on the Wednesday, I called to ask for a tracking number. I was told that the only form of tracking would be to tell me when the item had been delivered which is completely ridiculous because if it has been delivered I would know! Having possession of the item! I was also told that the order had not been dispatched until Tuesday and when I asked why, I was quite simply told that they didn't get around to it. I find this to be terrible customer service especially seen as though they took my money within 60 seconds of the telephone order. The product is good but their attitude towards Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired."
