"Great service from a knowledgeable team. My MOT was carried out in less than 2 hours...which included repair to my handbrake and replacing a side bulb. Very reasonable prices. UPDATE: Today (6th June 2018) I received a phone call from the Southampton police, stating that my car registration, was flagged to a black Volvo S40, registered in Liverpool? My car is the Volvo S80 in grey/green. I took my car back to BCL Autocentre and they confirmed that they had spoken to the police. Eventually the team...after checking registration plate, chassis number and double checking the DVLA website...performed ANOTHER MOT and gave me a clean bill of health...well not me...the Volvo!!! Highly impressed by the service from both BCL and the Police. UPDATE: 08/12/2020. Took my car in for its MOT and was told it had failed the test. They explained the advisories and offered me several options. But in the end, I accepted their quote and decided to have all remedial and urgent work carried out. My car was ready in under 24 hours. Brilliant work from a great team. Peace of mind and hopefully a few years of trouble free motoring...all for less than £500!!! Highly trusted and highly recommended."
