"Went for an MOT. That was all done well and work carried out that needed doing. Ordinary prices as you’d expect. However, I was left with a broken pedal cover that I certainly did not come with. Fine, things happen, so was told that they will try and source the part (it was Friday) from someone they know (didn’t have high hopes for that to be honest) and give me a call Monday or on that week. No call after over a week so I had to call in and find out what’s happening. Got told they can’t get that part and that’s it, not much more help than that. Not the worst garage and staff are actually quite nice, however, not reflected in their actions. Not for me. If you just drive A to B and aren’t bothered about what you’re driving that much, this will be just fine."

"Clearly not a very interested garage if the work seems anymore involved than an oil change. Initially impressed with BCL however after taking the car in for diagnostics and leaving it with them for a day they never got back to me to actually book the car in for the works. I've followed up with emails 3 times now and they won't even take the time to reply which is pretty poor in my books. They were also addiment the injectors weren't leaking but they clearly were and had to be replaced somewhere else. There's better more motivated garages around."

"******AVOID****** Got sent their way by my warranty company. Customer service is terrible, guy on reception (with holes in his ears) couldn’t care less - rude and not knowledgable at all. I read one review about a threat to throw acid in someone’s face. I don’t agree with this but 100% would have been aimed at him. One guy there, Carl, was good but too busy so couldn’t do things in the promised timescales. They had my car for 3 weeks only to say they couldn’t do anything with it. Poor communication throughout, visiting the place it looks like they take too much work on and can’t deliver. I had my car taken to Audi, more expensive but my god I feel better knowing they know what they’re doing and won’t make me feel like I can’t phone them for updates. I know they will come back with some context justifying themselves but the service I received made me feel like I was a nuisance, when all I wanted was some news - such a bad experience."

"Really good honest garage, being two younger girls with no clue about cars it’s always quite daunting getting the MOT sorted! Price we were quoted for work done ended up being cheaper anyway, plus the team were so friendly too. I’d highly recommend, and will be using them in future!"

"These guys are AMAZING. I was referred to them originally when my car broke down and have used them ever since. Unfortunately there are still garages taking advantage of women in particular (like Kwikfit!) but BCL are not like this and go above and beyond to help me. I won't go anywhere else now"
