"NOT RECOMMENDED FOR FIRST TIME PET GROOMING! I did an advance booking PAID a certain Amount in CASH and was even excited because our dog Cotton will be groomed. On the day of the appointment I came early and left our dog as soon as they opened. After a few minutes I got a text message to COLLECT our dog. The Groomer said that they can't do anything because our dog was very nervous and wouldn't allow him to do the grooming. THIS IS THE VERY REASON WHY I WENT TO THEM BECAUSE WE NEEDED A PROFESSIONAL GROOMER TO DO THE JOB THAT WE CANT DO. I asked for a REFUND because basically NO SERVICE DONE only a small bald spot on the neck of our dog but he wouldn't give money back because according to him TIME WAS WASTED TRYING to get our dog groomed. If an hour or more of trying would be acceptable but after just a FEW MINUTES I got a text message to COLLECT our dog or even a WASH or BATH were given to our dog would be acceptable. I PAID FOR NOTHING. I really felt ROBBED, annoyed and Disappointed. He suggested for a sedate and groom but the veterinarian would be the one to do it. I inquired at the Veterinary Clinic but I will pay double the amount I paid for the grooming service that I never had. I also wanted to complain at Fox Veterinary but they told me that they have different owners but have the same name. It was a LESSON COSTLY AND PAINFULLY LEARNED."
