"We arrived with my disable uncle who is in a wheelchair and we were very happy to find that they catered for wheelchair accessability which is extremely rare. Especially in an old town as Dalkey. Service was a bit slow, however to be fair there was a lovely young girl on her own trying to manage a busy place. Once seated we were promptly looked after. The breakfast we ordered was fresh, hot, delicious and beautifully presented. Nothing but good things to say about this place especially for those with mobility issues. Well done! 5 stars!"
"Have dined several times recently. Great food delicious and very tastefully presented. Staff really helpful and friendly! Very happy to give an excellent recommendation to the Coliemore Dalkey Dorothy Clarke"
"Just popped in for few drinks on Wednesday evening . Nice quiet pub , very few people there and lovely music from the past Also some large TV screens to watch the match and a lovely atmosphere. The staff were nice and friendly too."
"Food is a bit hit and miss, some of our orders were decent portions and taste- full Irish and avocado toast, others were not so good- egg Benedict, the sauce was very watery and the portion was smaller. Staff also a mix of friendly and rude, prob wouldn't be back for breakfast again but would give dinner or a pint a chance."
"This is a nice looking pub with nice areas to sit and have a few pints and watch a sporting event of your choice. The problem I have with it is the food. I can't get my head around €7.50 for a bowl of watery soup. Yes, water, vegetables and some seasoning blended! I dread to think what the rest of the menu cost. Maybe €7.50 for soup in Dalkey is normal but it's not normal for me. After leaving I got a large roll in a bakery across the road for €6.25 with 5 fillings! I would only go back here for drink, not for me."
