"Disgusted at the lack of customer service from this “restaurant” We waited two hours on our delivery, having phoned the restaurant I was assured it would be with me shortly. Ten minutes later I received a call from their delivery driver informing me she was outside with my order. I went out to meet her and she was shocked to discover she had just given my order to somebody else!! I rang the restaurant to explain what happened and they were unapologetic and said they’d send another order right away, having waited two hours already I declined and asked for a refund. Manager again insisted the order be remade and sent down to me, after some back and forward on the phone he told me to get onto just eat for a refund! Fuming, hungry and 40 euro down, avoid this place at all costs!"

"Took 2.5 hours to deliver the food. Once it arrived the food was cold and the fries soggy. Upon complaining on phone the person was extremely rude and also used curse words. If you want to order from Apache please order from some other branch. Advise to management if you can't commit to deliver on time please don't accept the order. Also probably get a person with etiquettes to answer the call"

"I have recently ordered a pizza from here, which actually never arrived. When I called the restaurant after an hour they told me my delivery should arrive max within 10 minutes, however it didnt happen. When I tried to reach them again they didn't answer the phone at all..even though I called several times. I understand that there mught be busy periods, but I do expect a service provider at least to inform me if they dont find my address or if they cannot deliver an order for any reason . Very disappointing service"
