"Ordered for the first time today , not impressed . Ordered two burgers ( which were lovely) but also ordered two bacon and cheese fries , they came with no cheese sauce on either one . Tried phoning 7 times and the mobile number listed is off"
"I was very disappointed with my experience with DPC Kitchen in Glasthule. I made an online order for collection on 21 January 2023 (reference 50219784) I called to collect at the agreed time (19:30) and was ignored by the two staff preparing food. When another staff member arrived I was finally spoken to and the order was handed over On getting home (3 minute walk) - the pizzas were cold and tasted awful The following day I dropped in to complain. Again I was ignored by the chef. A member of staff was taking my details (order number, phone number etc) when the chef came over and asked her to cut pizzas. On telling him my complaint he initially blamed the delivery people. When I pointed out that I had collected (and on time) he got very dismissive. He said he would look into it and get back to me. That was over two weeks ago. I have heard nothing (leaving a further bad taste in my mouth!!) Finally, I spent over €40 on two pizzas (small pizzas - the size of a dinner plate) and a portion of chips. Even had the pizza been properly cooked I would have considered this an excessive charge for a take away. I will not be back"
"A unique location for a lovely dinner. Ordered a Pizza and chilli-chips. The pizza had brilliant flavours but was just a bit too oily and was difficult to eat as the cheese and toppings came apart easily however the chips which were tasty, came in a massive portion enough for at least 3 people. May come back again to try out some other dishes on the menu."
