Reviews
"Have been 3 times now and love it. Not sure where other reviews are getting over priced from, I feel it is very reasonable especially for the way things are at the moment, the food is delicious too. What I really love is how welcoming the staff are especially towards children, they are welcomed with open arms, and it's lovely to see so many families taking advantage of that."
"Amazing is the only way to describe this place. From pizza to, fish to meat so tender it will amaze you. This place has what you are looking for. Go there if you want to get great food and friendly welcoming staff. Would highly recommended"
"First time to try here since the change from Bistro One. I have been in more welcoming establishments. The ambiance is clinical and loud. We sat on hard wooden seating that was not very comfortable for a decent stay. The very limited menu arrived swiftly as did the server before we could ask any questions. When the food arrived it was very tasty and well cooked but the portions could have been bigger considering the price. My guest said it was an experience not to be repeated. But as its a new venture I'm inclined not to agree just yet. I would suggest however that the menu is explained to first time patrons before taking the order."
"I ordered delivery from Pala Pizza based on friend’s suggestion. Unfortunately, the food I got did not met the high expectations I had. Portions were quite small for the prices, for 3.50 euro I would expect a slice at least as big as a quarter of a normal pizza (3.5x4=14). The same portion issue applies to the lovely focaccia, really one the best focaccia in Dublin however 11.95 euro is unjustified given the tiny portion. Interesting note, on the delivery menu the focaccia item was shown made by two pieces, we only got one; the store claims they always deliver one and the photo is of two pieces that altogether make the one I got… arguable. The supplì was good and tasty, average maybe a bit overpriced at 7 euro. I would suggest not putting it on a paper napkin to avoid it to stick. The other pizza slices I ordered were ok-ish, nothing really outstanding or worth the price. Few of the Margherita were overcooked, dry and hard. Delivery took ages but I understand the store has limited control on the delivery as it is operated by a third party company. I am unsure weather to give this place a second chance maybe in-person or look for alternatives."
"We tried Pala Pizza today for the first time, it didn’t disappoint. The slices are delicious, and you can tell the ingredients are great quality! The staff was super friendly and didn’t hesitate to accommodate us immediately, we will definitely be back."
