"Unfortunately I or my family won’t be ordering from here again due to the dishonesty of staff. They acknowledged on the evening my order was not delivered to me and apologised when I went to the store 1.5-2hrs after I’d placed the order as their phone was switched off. I was told they’d leave a note on the system which they didn’t and both denied (or didn’t recall) to manager that this ever happened. The manager even asked me which staff were on, I gave a description so how would I even had known which staff as he could see I had ordered online. It felt like I was being quizzed for no reason really. I had receipts. I was also told there can be glitches on the system sometimes if ordering online. I’d be wary of ordering from here if you’re hungry."
