"Have been going here for years. Always loved the place and visit with my wife and friends. They always had very nice staff there but I think that things have changed slightly on this front. The food is very nice. I usually get a pasta meal and a large pizza. They don't allow you to order the large pizza anymore, maybe people were sharing them. I thought it unnecessary to remove the option to order anything from the takeaway menu paying the extra was fine."

"Have been ordering from Gourmet pizza factory for a few years now and never minded paying a bit more because the pizza and service has always been top notch. However today was absolutely our last time ever ordering from here. The past few months, the standards have been really poor, and are getting worse. From awful delivery drivers, who probably can't even find their own address at the end of a shift, never mind remember to hold a pizza box straight (as there's an actual pizza in there). To the reheated fries, and pizza chef who couldn't even be bothered to slice the pizza properly. The place used to be great, but nothing "gormet" about it now, save yourself the frustration and avoid!"

"I've been a fan of The Gourmet Pizza Factory for many years. My go to Pizzza is nearly always the DaVinci but the one I got yesterday has to be the worst ever. I'd say that the goats Cheese,pesto and caramelized onion used was barely sufficient to cover a pizza a third of the size. I don't mind paying extra for good quality ingredients but when they're skimmed on what's the point."

"We ordered this on Wednesday 23d of December. 3 different pizzas but one of them were SPECIAL. We asked to ad some ham on one particular and this is what we got. Basically ham thrown on our pizza from the look like any retailers watery ham. i have to say that pizza was fine but this killed all stars! Just shows the quality of the restaurant!"
