"Very nice and cosy atmosphere. Hotel locates near terminal 2(about 5 minutes walking). There's free hotel bus transport to terminal 2, 1, and hotel every 20 minutes, looking for Hotel bus stop sign outside both terminals and waiting there. It's better than walking cross the road. The driver is very friendly and helpful. We've booked for twin beds but getting a queen size bed, the front desk staff could not change the room for us. Not expected the mistake, however, the room is very good and comfortable. Breakfast in the hotel is very good, as well as the same restaurant at night. Food and drinks are very good, all staff in the restaurant are polite with friendly service. Soup of the day (mushroom soup) is very delicious. The steak and salad side dish are good. I tried organic wine but still like Irish beer. All are very good. So impressive!"
"Great hotel that I've used for work travel a few times. Located a 5 minute walk from Dublin Airport its ideal for working in that area. The hotel is clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are a spacious, clean and well looked after. Will definitely be staying again."
"I booked the executive suite for one night. After arriving, I decided to stay another night. If I'd known about the shower then, I would not have booked. It was only the next morning I discovered the shower wasn't working properly. A shower that should have taken 10 minutes, took over half an hour and I still didn't get all the shampoo and conditioner from my long hair. I informed the front desk when leaving that morning and on my arrival back to the hotel very late that night, I was told maintenance had looked at the shower. I fell into bed and it was only in the morning when I tried to have a shower, I found it to be the same. I also noticed house keeping had taken my personal towels away too. I've given 5 stars for location, 3 stars for service and that's just for the front desk staff. And 2 stars for the room, it was nice although I also found half eaten Nandos in the mini fridge, left by a previous occupant, which I gave to the girl who brought the room service. But the non functioning shower is a huge let down. You'd never book any room with no shower especially an executive suite. Overall for the price of the room, I didn't not get what I paid for and I will not be returning."
"Very nice and comfortable but they set it up with 2 single beds for my wife a me. Breakfast was fresh and not rushed, plenty for everyone to enjoy. I had the full fry with coffee and mixed fruit at the end. Delicious and would stay here again but with double bed next time."
"A nice location near the airport and Terminal #2. Literally a 10 minute walk. There is a hotel shuttle that normally runs every 20 minutes to transport you back and forth. The room was nice. The location was very quiet in the section I was located, even though it is next to the airport. There is a bar that is open late on the premises and a very nice restaurant. The chips (fries) are some of the best around. Hot and crisp. This was consistent after three days of ordering them."
