"My husband and two children were there for dinner today (January 2023). The staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. My daughter has special needs and is a little noisier and more active than most other children, however we felt welcome and at ease here because of the wonderful staff. They even brought over free hot chocolate for my two children. When my daughter banged her chin of the table, they brought over chocolate to cheer her up. Such wonderful staff, delicious food, and a comfortable spacious restaurant....we will definitely be back! Thank you"

"Very nice Hotel to stay at. All the staff is awesome and will try to help as much as possible. I stayed here for 20 days and I wanted to use once the microwave to heat some food but they wouldn’t let me, that was a bit disappointing. All in all, the overall stay was elegant, comfortable and cozy. Really enjoyed it"

"The decorations were lovely. The staff were professional. The room was clean. The beds were good. The extra bed was set up and ready for us. The shuttle to and from airport was good. The door and trim and other details like that were very worn or even damaged. The prices for the attached restaurants were high."

"Loved my experience here. A trully 4 stars experience from start to finish. Only downside is the evening shuttle service towards the hotel; the driver seems to believe he has potatoes bags in the bag,not guests. He drove so fast and got over every single bump that was on his way. Other than that,lovely experience. Will return in future."

"Pretty bad experience here. Not what I’d expect from a 4 star hotel. Firstly, our room was draughty (there seemed to be a broken vent in the window?) and not soundproofed so the airport noise was really loud. There was also a wedding on when we were there. Needless to say we didn’t get much sleep. The bed was uncomfortable with very scratchy sheets. The airport shuttle was also a nightmare - they don’t seem to put enough shuttles on and they are always full, so we waited for over an hour in the rain for one. Not what you want when you’ve been travelling! It was pretty chaotic and people were fighting for a seat. The man on reception was rude to my husband - it was clear that this was because my husband is English. It was totally unacceptable and it’s thankfully not something he has experienced much of having lived in Ireland for a while. It made me sad that he wasn’t welcome here. Finally, the restaurant was just okay. It would be nice if they had more veggie options. The veggie burger was pretty bad, and they offer a stir fry or a curry with the meat taken out which isn’t great. It would be nice if they replaced the meat with another protein source for example. Overall - I definitely would not recommend. Travelling is stressful enough - I wouldn’t add to the stress by staying here."
