"Excellent office space. Staff are lovely. Very accommodating"
"Lisa is very good solicitor and I recommend her, she helped through my entire process and very responsive!!!"
"I only decided to sign up for this EXTREMELY expensive place because I believed it was a 5-star service, as it looks very renovated, super clean and included reception service... But my nightmares started a few days after I signed up the contract before I moved to the room... here is my journey: - The staff members don't know anything, they are just there as a facet for the service, the person who showed me the room and spoke about the service disappeared, I never saw her again. All the promises she made never happened. - First lockdown come and I had to stop my business they didn't offer me any help, only when I contacted them saying I couldn't afford to pay 3 months rent with the business close they offered me 50% off on 2 months that I was closed, but they would need to stretch my contract another 2 months. - On the second lockdown I had to pay full rent (€1800 for an small room) because I didn't want to extend my contract again. - I noticed they were advertising same size room as mine for a much cheaper price, and rooms twice the size for the same price as I was paying, I asked about the ads and unfortunately they didn't seem to apply to me, they were not willing to help at all. - Greg, one of the managers, did try to help me moving to another room with fairer discount, but the company was not flexible at all and nobody else cared. - The receptionists didn't look happy at all, but I can understand why... they are told to say NO all the time. They know they could help most of the times but they were not allowed. - I asked to add my company name to the sign at the door, they have changed me €30 per month and extra €50 change in my last invoice. - Third lockdown came and I decided to leave the place, they asked me to empty the room in 7 days, because someone else was viewing the room... Funny, nearly 50% of the building is currenthly vacant and my room was the one with a viewing arranged, plus we are in a lockdown, legally they are not allowed to open, they lied to me to make my life much harder. - Lastly, I moved my things over the weekend and come back to return my keys... I asked the receptions about a delivery I had received in previous week and she told me she had to return it to the sender because my contract with them was cancelled and I was not entitled that service anymore... Excuse me? I haven't even returned my keys yet! STAY AWAY FROM REGUS if you are looking for an office space, they don't treat people like humans and they will do their best to take as much money as they can from you. Overall, the price is really high for the room size in that location and the service is extremelly poor. You defenetelly deserve better, make better decision, so you can focus maily on your business!"
"Good alternative co-working space to WeWork. It's a bit more quiet and conservative, so if you're looking for that kind of atmosphere, Regus is the way to go."
"I have been a tenant in Regus' Pembroke House shared service centre for over three years. In that time, I have found the centre to be extremely well run, with staff that display exceptional professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and a willingness to assist at all times. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it as a great place to do business."
