"Hi, I am writing this review to save others from a mental breakdown and a miserable life while living in Vesta Apartments. This is the 1st time, I have rented in Dublin so I am not sure if this is te standard or just the pathetic service provided by Vesta One three north and Vesta Two three north. Here are the key points, 1. Be ready to wake up in the middle of the night due to high intensity fire alarms. Your kids will wake up crying and if you have pets they will be scared as well. It has happend multiple times during one night and during the day as well. So goodbye to your sleeps and goodbye to your meetings if you are working from home. 2. The building lifts will malfunction occasionally. So either you live in Ground or 1st Floor, otherwise you will have strong legs soon. No need to hit the gym. 3. You valuable parcels will be stolen. The vesta claims they provide package delivery services but more then 90% your packages are delivered in the hallway. If you are not fast enough to pick these, then most probably they will be stolen. You will contact Vesta and they will say they are checking the CCTV footage. You may contact Garde and they will ask for CCTV footage but Vesta will never provide it. 4. The parking can get flooded in some of Vesta building during heavy rains. 5. If anything needs is broken and needs to be fixed by Vesta then you will have to wait for weeks. 6. If Vesta need anything from you, they will be so rude and hostile sometimes, that you will feel pity for them. 7. At night, you will hear water running through the walls. That may be music to some ears but for us it has caused sleepless nights. 8. Smell of weed is common. 9. There are two electricity breakdowns from ESB. If that happens, you cannot open the gates, doors and will not have water as well. 10. You will not be allowed to hang anything on the walls, cannot have your own internet or electricity provider. Internet is included in the rent so you cannot have the internet bills. You cannot have any utility bills except if somehow you manage to get it from Pinergy. 11. When you will leave, Vesta will deduct a huge amount from the deposit on the name of cleaning fees and paint fee. When you will move to the apartment, it will not have any mattress protectors and it will be dirty. At that time you will not notice it. But when you will be leaving then Vesta will deduct amount from your deposit. If still you are planning to move here, knock at couple of doors and ask how they expereince living here. Then it is better to move to some other place. Vesta is expensive and provide no quality of life at the same time. Thanks"
