"(Written by Ceiligh) honestly sick to death of going to sleep hungry, and waking up hungry. Mental health is seriously deteriorating in this hostel, one of if not the worst hostel I’ve ever been in. Forking out money that we actually need to purchase food, and can’t afford to even feed ourselves any more as was getting into bother over not paying full amount of rent on an occasion. If you’re a vegetarian or don’t like to consume unknown meat that is DEFINITELY not beef, or have a special dietary requirement. Then you will end up like myself, going to bed hungry and waking up hungry. Would give less stars if could, only good thing in this hostel is my key worker. Literally, but even at that, there’s nothing that can be done about the lack of edible food."
"As homeless hostels go,this actually a good one, maybe not for utilities or privacy, but staff is amazing and the help and support you get is amazing. I have to thank the staff there they helped me a lot."
"Staff are saints kind hearted and non judgmental. Service users are looked after like you would look after your own . I worked there for 5 weeks and enjoyed being there"
"Understaffed but staff are great. The place is dirty and with a good few people who don't give a damn about others/the facilities. Also full of drugs and breaking the rules"
"Great facility looked after by some really good humane giving staff. Central location with plenty to do around including shopping centres bars clubs and sight seeing. Most of the people inside staying here are good people that lost their way but it is ruined by the people that don't deserve to be here."
