"I haven't been there, but I have a friend who lived there and said it's not good because she has to leave her room until 11 or midday, after has be out on the street and only come back in the evening. Nobody can visit people who live there."
"Caring staff and welcoming women's hostel. Lovely rooms..."
"€60 a week for clean, safe accomodation with certain rules and regulations which may not suit everyone's lifestyle. Amazingly the Hostel has never closed its' doors in over one hundred years while being run entirely by volunteers. Monthly residents meetings held to allow discussion around how the services are run. Breakfast and an evening meal included in the price."
"The rooms are modern big and clean. You get your own room for 50euro a week but you are made vacate the room between 12.30noon until 7.30pm. There is a day room with a kettle and microwave and a large dinner room which unfortunately is extremely old fashioned unhygienic. It is run by mostly volunteers though, some of the sisters are humble and nice but some rude and hard to reason with. Most of the residents are lovely and are good friends now. Also your bags and rooms are searched!!! Its run by the sisters of mercy and is very religiously orientated!!!"
"I met the most talented and wonderful people I have ever met in my life from Regina Coeil Hostel."
