"We stayed here to go to Guns N Roses. Best choice of my life. Well I booked their sister hotel around the corner, but due to renovations we were moved to the Tallaght cross. The room was small but sufficient. The shower was class!!!!! The neighbors did try visit us through the wall at 2 am but that wasn't the hotels fault"
"The one positive about this hotel is that the staff are very friendly. However, everything else was terrible. We stayed for 4 days and had to wear our coats in the room because it was so cold. Spoke to the staff a few times and nobody fixed it, even though they assured me they could change the room temperature on the computer in the office. The kettle leaked, I asked for a replacement and they said 10 minutes. It took 24hrs, I had to go back to reception the next day. The room wasn't cleaned on the 3rd day, I had to go and ask for towels as well as tea/milk. Self service breakfast was decent but for the price we paid I would prefer tea in a teapot, not in a disposable cup from a machine. I had to ask for a teapot every morning which took ages because there were very few staff members. Another thing that took ages were the lifts, especially if you needed to go to the garage. A dreadful experience. When I rang about an issue with some food we received in their restaurant, the manager spoke down to me and recommended going to a doctor (because it couldn't be anything to do with their food) and then condescendingly finished the conversation with 'look forward to seeing you again soon' (or some similar phrase). She sounded genuinely shocked when I declined the invitation. My recommendation - go somewhere else."
"We were there for two weeks. The hotel is clean and secure. Rooms are decent and an adequate size. The staff is awesome. They go out of their way to enhance your stay. The breakfast is very good. The location is excellent. A grocery across the street. High end medical care in a neighboring building. Two blocks from a major shopping mall, with a cinema. Excellent restaurants nearby. A wonderful park with 3 ponds is a pleasant walk on the opposite side of the mall. Highly recommend staying here."
"I stayed in this hotel on Monday night. From the start the receptionist was really helpful and very professional. The rooms were spotless clean and very warm. Food was 10 out if 10. All staff is very polite and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again."
