"Unexpected stop off due to missed flight. Reception was courteous and well organised. The room was good, very warm and a little noisy as people arrived and left. Everything you need, toiletries, iron hair dryer, etc. As with many places your comfort relies on your neighbours: The doors slam when left to close on their own, and you will probably hear your neighbours alarm clock in the morning if they use one. The fixed menu has something for most tastes and the portions were huge! Breakfast was plentiful and quite good. The shuttle bus back to the airport was on time and the driver deserves a special mention for great service."
"Lovely hotel from outside. Friendly warm welcome and easy, hassle free, check in.. Very nice and clean lobby, lifts, restaurant etc. Breakfast was nice. Sausages could be of better quality (as I say in most hotels) Friendly waiting staff. Nice selection of hot cold and sweet treats. Room was disappointing. Expected better. Maybe this is the standard for a one night stay. Definitely need some modifications and a more 2023 vibe."
"Good service, great bar with about 10 beers on tap and good food like chicken nuggets and pizza. Friendly and efficient staff. Hearty breakfast. Double room not so good for sharing with non-partners as one double bed plus one camp bed. About 15 minutes by car from Dublin Airport. Bus stop in front of the hotel. WiFi worked without problems. Large bathroom with shower stall and bath. On arrival, oil radiator was switched on full and the window was left open. Towels were changed every day, even when hung up. Could be more environmentally aware."
"Our flight to America was cancelled and Delta shuttled us here to spend the night. We were provided a free dinner and free breakfast, as well as free shuttle service to the airport. The staff is amazing. I’m sure seeing a bus load of frustrated people with luggage in tow was intimidating, but they handled it like pros. They were so nice and accommodating, answering all questions and ensuring everyone was taken care of. Some people sounded awfully ungrateful, but I’m impressed with this staff and how lovely they were. Thank you to everyone! You all did a perfect job. Additionally, the rooms were clean and large, with nice amenities like coffee/tea, a Dyson space heater, a plethora of outlets to accommodate plugs from every country, and the usuals (tv, hair dryer, soaps and towels). The food was so delicious!! A gourmet meal, complete with dessert. I wasn’t expecting much for free, so it was much to my surprise that the food was stellar. I can’t recommend this hotel enough!"
"This hotel makes you feel genuinely welcome. The staff are all friendly, and give the impression that nothing is too much trouble. I had a small, technical problem with my room which the staff tried to fix. When it was apparent that a technician was required, I was immediately allocated an up graded room, and offered assistance to move over. The duty Manager was very polite and friendly and quickly solved the dilemma, and the house keeping staff are very helpful."
