"Pros: nice rooms, spacious, comfortable, very friendly staff. Definitely the most spacious room of my trip! Pretty quiet. I travel with my own pillow, ear plugs and eye mask, so I can't comment on that stuff, but I slept like the dead! Con?: I was in and out of Dublin & this was definitely the furthest from the center of the 3 places that I stayed at (last minute trip, so places were sold out). It wasn't a big deal to walk 20 min (or get a direct bus when my feet were tired) . . . And pro: really nice part of town & you see how actual Dubliners live Info: breakfast doesn't seem to be included anymore (it wasn't in my booking, but many reviews mention it, so just be aware of what you book). 3F coffee nearby had excellent coffee and French pastries!"

"Lesson Lodge offers good access to the city centre and is well-positioned for transport services. The accommodation was clean and tidy and comfortable for the 2 nights I stayed. For the price, I felt it offered great value for money, and the staff were pleasant and helpful."

"Spent just one night in Dublin but the Leeson Lodge was perfect. So close to all the major city centre attractions while still being far enough away to be a quiet retreat. Excellent transport links. The room was large and had lovely historic touches. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"The Leeson lodge experience was all in all fine. The accommodation wasn't cheap for the city break we had in Dublin but I guess it's all due to the general high prices the capital has. We arrived later than the check in hour and we had informed the accommodation about this. They we're helpful in sending instructions for collecting the key. The room was clean,basic and all but there was a weird smell coming in from the bathroom of stale water (hopefully not mold). The accommodation as a whole was clean and pretty as well, we were also lucky to have a cute pub nearby named O'Briens. I recommend it."

"Very helpful personnel. All my wishes had been listened and the room was everything I could hope for. The view was nice, my room was in the corner with three big windows facing to the nice terrace and the canal. The house itself was a bit complicated with many doors and steps in two different houses. There was not supposed to be any breakfast. But after the Covid pandemic they started to have a small complimentary breakfast."
