Reviews
"I expected something nice, but I am very disappointed with food and ambience, very small room and crowded, and also very slow service. I thought that it was a French restaurant, but not at all. I’m sorry, but I don’t recommend it."
"Lovely place but can be improved on many points. Decoration wise it can be made a bit more romantic with candles and lighting. The duck was gorgeous, the salmon could have been a bit more pink. For a wine bar I did not expect them to serve unrefrigerated white wine. After commenting they changed the wine without any issues. Great wines, great menu, and good experience but several points that can easily be improved upon."
"We had high hopes after passing this place many times. It looks very charming from the outside and I had been before for dessert and a drink and left with good memories. This time around, the staff were attentive and kind, but the food was a huge disappointment. Tartiflette was cold and watery (€18). We felt awkward but sent it back — they simply muddled the previous plate back together and warmed it up. It tasted fine but we found bits of tin or aluminium in what was left. We showed the server and she apologised but nothing was done or acknowledged beyond that. I got lamb and my partner got steak — both were quite fatty with okay sides. The wine was very nice. Still, I don’t think we will be back."
"The restaurant is located in a cosy corner on Dawson street. They have a really good selection of wines (there is a comprehensive menu in addition to the main menu). The food was really good too. Special mention to the The duck confit which was delicious. The place was busy enough for a Friday evening and the service was good too. Really liked the ambience as it was cute and cosy."
"Staff so friendly! Food was unbelievable 3 of us shared a selection of dishes together. Tasted several wines chose the one we loved. All in all a perfect evening ✨️"
