"Our first time here! It was such a great surprise. Delicious food, and all staff were so kind all the time. If you are around Tallaght, go there, you will not regret."
"Wings were nice but sauce is cold like out of a bottle while your wings are warm its weird ,pastas are lovely burger arrived a bit burnt so was bun ."
"The brass Fox has the potential to draw in a lot more crowds than it does on a Friday and Saturday night. That could be due to the pandemic, as I'd never been here before or knew about it, only for close friends of my husband and I, who invited us out for dinner and drinks one night. I think also the location is a bit unfortunate (down beside the tallaght luas line), so it's hidden off the main road around The Square in Tallaght. Now I've had my orders come out correctly, but the food has been okay. The 3 times I've been with my husband and friends, there has been errors on all his orders. First time there was a mix up and he didn't get boneless wings. Second time, they were out of boneless wings (happens so not annoyed at that), so he got tenders instead. The main issue was actually with his main and that he ordered the steak on a ciabatta and it didn't come with it! That, and the steak meat wasn't the best and the pepper sauce was more luke warm and slightly gloppy! The third time, they messed up the order again and the wings with bones were brought out, instead of the boneless. But when we got them, our friends had their starters nearly finished! Also the boneless wings are not boneless, but rather glorified chicken nuggets with hot sauce on them. Very disappointing. Also my main that particular day, came out last about 5 mins after everyone else and it was only a burger! Also the staff are very slow in service. We had to catch a waitress after clearly a group of us came in and sat down to be served. They also have an odd system whereby one takes the food order and one takes the drinks. The staff are Lovely and it's not their fault the place is managed slightly below par. I believe it has been said by staff before, that mistakes have been made on orders to the kitchen, but obviously something is a miss, as 3 errors each time going here isn't acceptable. Disappointing as really has the potential to be a good little spot! I wish there were more places locally to frequent like this. I will say the jobstown house down the road is exceptional and that's the level of food standards the brass Fox needs to reach. Downside here is I wish the jobstown house was open later on weekends for food, like the brass Fox! Also on a side note, the manager has very little people skills and is a little crass and a little rude."
"Great restaurant off Tallaght Square with friendly staff, good food and a relaxed atmosphere. I had a "doirty burger" which was very nice. Worth a visit if your in the area, booking advisable."
"Ive been hearing good words about this resto bar, so when my friends decided to go for my lad's send off party at Brass Fox, i was really excited to check them out. The ambiance is semi casual, roomy and looks clean. There are high chairs and long tables. Outdoor dining is an option too. Their lightings sets the mood for good dining. I had strawberry daquiri, and man, its looks great presentation but the rum is non existent. The staff were nice albeit exhausted but very welcoming. They are very kind enough to make adjustments to their nachos and burger to make it vegan, but not all staff seems to know/accomodate this request as one said say yes and the other no when i made the request. Nonetheless, we had fun. Ill be back for sure."
