Burger King , Blanchardstown, Dublin, County Dublin

"This used to be one of the better Burger King Restaurants in terms of food quality (most usually). However I was most recently served chicken nuggets that were cold ("Completely COLD"!). On a second occasion I was given my order with several food items I had paid for,.. missing. Service is professional and efficient, but not at all friendly. This fast food restaurant is a shadow of its former self. It is a great pity that the friendly service has disappeared, and that the food & service standards have decreased."

"I most certainly will not go to this store again. We went there a while back. It wasn't great. Burger King had been recommended to us in the past. So recently we happened to be in the area. On the first visit, we put it down to a bad day. So we came a second time. What a disaster. The only good thing was witnessing a very competent woman working at keeping the place, table tops etc pristine. She should be recognised for her diligence. The food was not hot. The chips left a lot to be desired. From time to time we have gone into the store O'Connell Street. No problems. Perhaps it's because it's a much busy store all the food comes out piping hot. Actually, on the two occasions recently, that we were in Blanchardstown, yes it was not very busy at the time we were there! Should that scenario not have indicated the food was hot? Well it wasn't. I suppose this store gets its ratings from people rushing into the cinema. That is not good enough. I'll be interested to see what might be the outcome of this ?"

"Hadn't been here for many years as was living abroad. It is like time stood still there. Tables were not wiped clean, place seemed grubby and the place was clearly understaffed. The food was good though - well cooked and hot. Well done to the skeleton staff who were really working hard."

"The chilli cheese bites were cold and old. The Oreo shake was given like an ice cream because they din have the spoon to mix it in the mixer. Very bad service. This is my first bad experience here. I visited this place after 9 months. Still their oreo shake was not mixed:("

"Ordered a large double cheeseburger meal for €9.70. This is a joke it's tiny. Comparing it to bacon XL for €10.10. 40cent difference between the 2 burgers and it did not say on the menu it was a small Burger. Be careful when choosing what to order. Rang BurgerKing to tell them about the order and they were very rude and hung up."
