"I went here with my daughter and grandkids last week, and while the service and atmosphere was very good (the kids got crayons and colouring books as soon as we sat down) the food was unfortunately a bit disappointing. I'm a vegetarian and there were a few choices in fairness, I got the beyond truffle veggie which consisted of a plant based patty, Swiss cheese, mushrooms, rocket rings and mayo and optional truffle oil and I got cheese fries which I was really looking forward too (I've never had disappointing cheese fries before) unfortunately this time was different, the cheese fries were luke warm which had turned the chips cold and hard, I'd say they were done first and left there while they were doing the burgers and my plant based patty was extremely dry, I could taste no truffle oil and if your going to have 2 onion rings in there which are dry anyway you'd need some decent sauces and I don't know where the melted cheese was but I didn't detect much of it, I would have melted it over the onion rings to lubricate them so to speak, but anyway I was just unfortunate that day, generally it's always really good and the was a massive queue outside when we were leaving which is always a good sign and the staff were great and quicker service than normal so overall satisfied."
"Really disappointing. We were informed at the door there was no more fries, we said that’s okay and sat down. We ordered and then had a waitress on came up and informed us they didn’t have 1 of the things we ordered, the hot dog. 5 minutes later another waitress tells us they also don’t have the nachos In the end we order 2 wings and onion rings. We got the onion rings , waited 30 minutes trying to catch a servers attention asking for the wings, once we saw the kitchen cleaning I went up to pay so we could actually get fed somewhere else. The woman at the till gave no apologies for lack of stock or our food never arriving. Appalling. Shouldnt have had to pay for the onion rings after such a bad experience . Will not be retuning ."
"Sadly, the level of service was quite low. We were there for lunch on a Sunday. It took more than 20 minutes to get our meals and the place was just 3/4 full. Overall the food quality was not as good as it was in the past. The cheese please burger had almost no cheese and the patty was very dry, likely overcooked. We ordered kids meals with orange juice, the server brought us apple so we asked for orange please. After minutes, the server told us orange was over and only apple was left; it would have been nicer to know it when we ordered. While bringing our drinks, the server spilled water on the table that wasn’t addressed until we asked. In general, a number of minor details that made our lunch experience bad and almost not willing to visit the place again."
"The worst meal we had in a long time. Soggy fries, dry chicken and beef burger. Ordered a Caesar salad too and it wasn’t even a dressing on it just pure mayonnaise. Disgraceful."
"Not much to say about this place. Very family restaurant Eddie rockets vibes. Our orders were followed perfectly which surprised me given the lack of staff. Food was ok, very comparable to oven food to be honest but no shock there. Veggie burgers were nice decent. Nothing to rave about, could definitely find somewhere nicer for similar price."
