Reviews
"The food was absolutely gorgeous and they accommodated the size of our group quite well. However because we were a very large group, many orders got mixed up and some people got their food 3 hours after ordering it. So I would probably suggest going in a group of up to 10 people. But overall food was so good the wait was worth it. Staff was very understanding and very helpful and we got the service fee off the bill because of the wait. So for sure would do it again."
"Dined at this restaurant twice and disappointed each time with food making me leave with half the food eaten. I ordered ribs that were very dry and still had the back skin on, which made it hard to eat. The chips were fine. Secondly I ordered a burrito for 11 euro which had little meat(pulled pork) that was also dry. Mostly beans and cheese. The staff are nice, alongside the small restaurant which had good music and decorated up. Unlikely to return when there are better Mexican restaurants in Dublin."
"The music was great and the staff were friendly - however I do feel for them since the restaurant felt very understaffed especially during their busy hours. The basement dining area was humid and getting service for things like water was tough even after asking multiple times. The food had great portion sizes (huge) but was dry and almost all 3 dishes ordered felt either microwaved or very stale and reheated. The restroom was also lacking in terms of maintenance, and there was quite a buildup from the amount of people using it due to not being able to flush."
"Small place, but fun atmosphere! Plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. We enjoyed margaritas, enchiladas, "The largest chimichanga in Ireland", and grand nachos. The fried plantain and soya chili fillings were delicious! Service was friendly and our party of 9 had a great meal!"
"Great Mexican meal and spectacular margaritas. Kind of tough to find in Ireland. And spicy too! They offer a variety of salsa. Most food in Ireland will not be very spicy even if labeled as so, but this had a kick. Service was good and didn’t wait too long for food. Depending on the time of day, if possible I would suggest sitting upstairs. We sat downstairs, but vibe upstairs seemed more exciting and energized."
